ANY SENIOR OR MASTER MEN TAKING PART IN THE FIRST GWENT LEAGUE CROSS COUNTRY AT BRIDGEND PLEASE NOTE:
YOU CAN ONLY ENTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL RUNNER FOR THIS EVENT ONLY
THERE WILL BE NO CLUB TEAM ENTERED. (PONTY ONLY)
NORMAL TEAM ENTERIES WILL BE BACK FOR THE SECOND EVENT AT BRECON ON NOVEMBER 1OTH.
THE REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS WILL BE HELD IN THE FIRST EVENT AT BRIDGEND, MAKE SURE YOU ENTER FOR THIS.

The memebership fee is £15.
Remember the club will cover all entry fees for members this is currently £4.00
