Nick Pounder, Will Denny and myself are meeting at The llanover pub this Sunday at 8.30am
we are doing 20 miles , we shall be meeting Jason Scanlon at Glyntaff around 8.45, if anyone fancies joining us at any point we are running down the Taff trail towards Cardiff , the more the merrier.
If your feeling sadistic you can join Julian and Geraint at abercynon fire station at 9am they will be doing 20 miles but at a speedy 7 min 30 seconds per mile
