There are a few of us doing a long run (20 ish) from glyntaff cemetery car park ,start at 8.30am this Sunday 17th Feb, B so far its Nick, Alex,Jason, and Ceri-anne doing the 20 ish , Brin gough is doing less so if 20 too much come and join our lovely sugar tits for 12 miles
