This is a tag style relay over a 3 mile course, with each runner running 1 lap. This
is a superb fun event for the club and we have always entered a large amount of
teams. There are 4 runners in a Mens Team and 3 runners in a Ladies Team, the entry
fee will be paid by the club. All entry forms need to be completed and sent off before the
date, so can everybody please confirm if they can attend the race or not. An email will
also be sent out but in case you do not receive one can you please leave a comment on
this post to confirm if you will be participating or not.
