Just scraped under 4 hours,tougher than i thought it would be,some of the hills were deceiving and the descents were quite tricky with a lot of loose rock. Nice river crossing at 18 mile which i walked through this time not like man v horse!The heat didnt help either!
Beautiful part of the lake district and well worth the drive
