A lovely undulating out-and-back route with some great scenery and fantastic marshals, which takes in part of the Taff trail towards Nantgarw.
Starting at the Pottery pub on Treforest industrial estate (point A on the map below), the route heads down the industrial estate to Glan y Llyn.
It then crosses over to the Taff trail via Taffs Well football field.
A steady ascent on the trail to the turnaround at point B.
