A lovely undulating out-and-back route with some great scenery and fantastic marshals, which takes in part of the Taff trail towards Nantgarw.

Course Description
The route starts at the Pottery pub on Treforest industrial estate, heads down the industrial estate to Glan y Llyn, crosses to the Taff trail via Taffs Well football field, and features a steady ascent on the trail to the turnaround point.
