Course Details
The relay route consists of one lap of 2.07km of paths situated within Pontypridd Park. The paths are open to other park users such as walkers, dog walkers, runners, and cyclists.
Race Day Information
- Car parking at Gas Road Car Park (CF37 4TH) with overflow options
- Race HQ start/finish is outside the National Lido of Wales
- Registration opens for baton and race number pickup (time TBC)
- Toilets available near the lido
- Cafe services and vendors on-site
- Water stations for runners
- First aid coverage provided
- The wearing of headphones is not permitted under UKA rules
