Course Description
The course features undulating terrain with one significant uphill/downhill section leading to the Sultan the Pit Pony sculpture. A distinctive feature involves countdown mile markers numbered from 9 down to 1, rather than counting upward.

Race History
The race originally started and finished at Pontypridd R.F.C.'s Sardis Road ground. Due to a mix-up with marshals, the runners went the wrong way and ran the course in reverse. So from then on, the Reverse 10 was born.
